How to reserve a recreational property:

1. Fill out a form where you specify the dates of stay on the farm, the number of people who will occupy, data from the lesee and 2 personal references.
2. Submit a photocopy of id or passport in case of foreigners.
3. The country house selected must be separated with at least 50% of total rent. The remaining value of the fee must be canceled 3 days before occupying the property.
4. Cancel a security deposit for damages between $ 200,000 and $ 300,000 which will be returned after the butler verify that no damage occurred during the stay on the farm. The value of the deposit may be higher depending on the comforts and luxuries of the property and also the type of event to be hold.
5. Cancel a cleaning fee ranging from $ 30,000 or more, depending on the farm, the number of people and the event that takes place.

How to reserve a furnished apartment:

1. Fill out a form where you specify the dates of stay in the apartment, the number of people who will occupy, data from the lessee and 2 personal references.
